Okay,making the perfect waffles might be an easy thing to do for some,but not for all. if you already know how to make good waffles then it wouldn't hurt to learn some few tricks to help you make your waffles takes better. If you dont know how to make one,then it's a good thing that you came across this awesome post, because it was definitely written for you!!! So keep reading.


So,i checked a lot and a few books on how to make great snacks,then i came across this recipe-a very great one indeed. I enjoyed it when i tried to make them,but it definitely didn't feel like my kinda recipe. So i improvised it and came up with this spectacular one-which an going to share with you today.

That reminds me, you can try taking this waffles with some awesome drinks, or if you like you can take them together with some great energy bars with are among one of the greatest healthy snack packs i ever tried out.

lets get started on this comforting yet intimidating recipe made simpler with my tricks.

Equipment.

  • Waffle iron.
  • Cook Brushes.
  • Measuring spoons.
  • Large bowls.
  • Tray pans
  • Whisker.
  • Larger spoon for stirring.
Waffle Ingredients.
  • 1 Spoon of vegetable oil.
  • 1¾ Cups of All-purpose flour.
  • 2 Spoons of granulated sugar.
  • 1 Teaspoon of baking powder.
  • ½ Teaspoon of baking soda.
  • ¼ Teaspoon of salt.
  • 2 Large eggs.
  • 2 Cups of buttermilk.
  • 1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Cinnamon topping.
  • ½ Cup of melted butter.
  • ¾ Cups of packed sugar.
  • 1 Table spoon of ground cinnamon.
Cream cheese topping
  • 4 Teaspoons of butter.
  • 2 Ounces of cream cheese.
  • ¾ Cups of powdered sugar.
  • ½ Teaspoons of vanilla extract.
Directions.
  • In large bowl mix the dry ingredients together. Add in the all purpose flour,sugar,baking powder,baking soda and salt.mix well and set aside.
  • In a separate bowl mix the eggs,buttermilk,vanilla extract and some drops of oil. Stir properly. add mixture to the mixture of dry ingredients. Stir until batter is moistened and lumps disappears.
  • To make waffles, preheat the waffle iron and spread a non-sticky spray using a brush over the waffle iron. Pour waffle batter on waffle iron grid and close lids. Bake until waffles are completely done. You can follow your waffle instruction for more guide. Repeat this for the remaining batter.
  • To prepare the cinnamon topping: In a medium bowl mix melted butter,packed sugar and ground cinnamon and stir properly.
  • To prepare the cream cheese topping: Heat the butter and cream cheese over medium cheese for 30-60 seconds,till it's melted. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and whisk for for about 2-3 minutes.
  • For serving,place waffles on  small clean plate,drizzle cinnamon topping and cream cheese topping to taste. Serve hot.

Recipe Note.
  • Remember to mix properly they allow ingredients to incorporate into each other effectively. That's what makes your waffles taste great.
  • If your flour and liquid mixture don't becomes either to thick or less thick your batter becomes either to thick or less thick. So make it moderate.
