                PEA-NUT BUTTER BANANA CHILLED CREAM.

I call this my dearest improvised version of an ice-cream, only that its neither vanilla nor chocolate but it's banana!!! This creamy home-made spin on ice-cream is a great refresher that you can use to escape the heat of summer.



Why Banana cream? Banana is great for the summer because they are strong potential energizers and less sugar loaded. They boost us up and leaves you feeling more refreshed than drained.

Equipment.

  • Chop-board.
  • Large Bowl.
  • Glass cups.
  • Knives.
  • Spoons.
  • Processor.
Ingredients.
  • 2 Bananas.
  • 1 cup of Almond milk or vanilla extract.
  • 2 tablespoon of peanut butter.
  • 1 teaspoon of grounded cinnamon.
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish.
  • 1/2 tablespoon of granulated sugar.
  • Jimmies sprinkles.
Directions.
  • Take out peel of frozen banana.
  • Place on chop board and slice in average thin size.
  • Put sliced-frozen banana in food processor and blend until a thick puree is obtained.
  • Add 1/2 Spoon of granulated sugar,grounded cinnamon and vanilla extract to the puree and continue to blend.
  • Continue blending until the bananas is completely puree.
  • Remove from processor and pour in cup or bowl[whichever you prefer]
  • Keep in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Decorate the chilled cream with  sprinkles or Chocolate shavings.
Recipe Note:
  • Banana to be used should be frozen,because they make this recipe taste much better.
