RAINBOW-COLORED COCONUT YOGURT BITES.

           COCONUT YOGURT BITES.

These bites are healthy and treaty. You make this bites in a quick-short time. 

I particularly love to prepare and take these especially on hotter days during summer. It's cold and refreshing. 

Taking these deliciously prepared yogurt bites is one great way that i use to let off the day's stress,especially after workouts.





This protein rich-filled  probiotic complex of yogurt and strawberry is the best treat to take along with you on some gaming events or even work. The strawberries in them are loaded with strong antioxidants and anti-cancer properties which makes them perfect for just any occasion.





Equipment.

  • Processor.
  • Mixer.
  • Measuring spoons.
  • Big bowls.
  • Turner.
  • Cooling pan.
  • Parchment paper.
  • Tray Pan.

Ingredients.
  • 2 Ounce of strawberry or any berry of your choice.
  • 3 Ounce container of unsweetened coconut Greek.
  • 2 Table spoon of sugar.
  • 1 Ounce of grounded nuts.
  • 1 table spoon of Agave.
  • Sprinkles

Directions.
  • In a food processor pour the Strawberries and blend slightly. so that its very thick.
  • Pour out thick paste of blended berry into a bowl.
  • In another separate bowl pour out the unsweetened coconut yogurt Greek.
  • Add 1-2 table spoon of granulated sugar. Mix well till the sugar blends in. 
  • Add the paste of berry to the yogurt-sugar mixture. And mix well.
  • What you should be getting should be a very thick paste of the whole mixture.
  • Add chopped nuts [almonds or preferred nuts] and 1 spoon of agave.
  • Mix properly again.
  • Place and arrange equal amounts of thick mixture on parchment paper.
  • Decorate each bites by sprinkling them with the colorful sprinkles,before covering with parchment paper.\
  • place them in the cooler and allow to cool for 2-3 hours.
  • Remove from cooler,remove from parchment paper and serve.

Recipe Note:
  • Remember to blend thick!!! if its less thick your coconut yogurt bites may not turn out the way you want them to.
  • It best enjoyed when cold. So refrigerated for a longer time before devouring them!
