  How To Prepare Your Delicious Chocolate Chips Cookies.




Chocolate cookies are simple treats perfect for any occasions. It can be served at parties, weddings, birthdays, and so many more. This biscuits can either be baked or cooked good. cookies has various variants sandwich,custard cream, bourbons, most famous Oreo and chocolate chip. 

    So today's recipe would be teaching how to make a perfect and sumptuous chocolate chip cookie in quick steps. 










EQUIPMENT.



  • One large bowl and one small bowl
  • measuring cups
  • 2 tablespoon
  • rollers.
  • Mixer
  • mixing spoons
  • baking sheets
  • cooling racks.
INGREDIENTS.


  • 1 large egg.
  • 1/2 cups of granulated sugar.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • 1 teaspoon salt.
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda.
  • 1/3 cups of all purpose flour.
  • 1/2 cups of dark-brown sugar.
  • 1 cup of butter.
  • 1 cup of coarsely chopped nuts.
  • 2 cups (1 ounce) semi-sweet chocolate chips.

INSTRUCTION.

1. Preheat oven to 375ºF

2. Mix both granulated sugar and brown sugar together. while mixing be sure to remove all chunks or lumps fully. preferably light brown sugar but if you want a deeper and more caramel flavor use the darker sugar.
3. Mix both sugars with butter. Add butter bit by bits and massage mixture with hands to incorporate mixture together. 
4. Crack eggs in a separate bowl wix or beat eggs lightly before adding them to the butter-sugar bowl, then mix mixture together thoroughly.
5. In another bowl add salt,vanilla extract and baking soda together. Mix batter together fastly,this ensures that batter maintains a consistent color through out and clumps are absent.
 6. Add vanilla extract,salt and baking soda mixture to butter-sugar-egg mixture and mix. this helps distributes ingredient evenly throughout batter.
7. Now add flour to batter and mix gently,to avoid forming too much of gluten in dough.
8. Add chocolate chips and chopped nuts to the batter.
9. Use folding motion to incorporate nuts and chips into the batter.
10. Scoop the batter on baking sheet, mold dough in rough round balls- could be large or small in size.
11. Bake for 10-12 minutes take out when they look puffy.
12. Transfer cookies to cooling racks and allow to cool completely before serving.
  
RECIPE NOTE


  • In preparing your dough mixing cookies by hand gives a better outcome. it becomes chewier and denser.
  • Using a hand mixer is also an option to opt for. it makes the middle tender and its good.
  • You can also decide to refrigerate your excess dough-as cookie dough when refrigerated can last longer for 1-2 months.
