Mango Salsa: Refreshing And Satisfying.

Mango salsa has proven to be irresistible especially during mango seasons. Yeah!!!!

This awesome yet delicious Appetizer can be served with any meal but preferable you can serve them together with some great chips and salmon.

The both combinations will blow your mind and definitely make you salivate even before you start eating them.

Plus.... who hates mango.... yeah some actually do,so if you dont like mangoes you can try out some Japanese radish salad or my ultimate mind-blowing gluten free red pepper tacos you'lld love them. trust me.

For these recipe i only needed a few ingredients like mangoes-which of course is the king of today's recipe, some chopped red onions and lime juice. So dont go anywhere lets make food!!!.


  • Knife.
  • Chop board.
  • Peeler.
  • Large bowl.
  • 1 Large mango,peeled,nicely pitted and finely diced.
  • ¼ Cup of chopped red bell pepper.
  • 1 Green onions chopped
  • 2 Tablespoon of chopped cilantro.
  • ½ Fresh jalapeno chile pepper,minced.
  • 2 Tablespoons of fresh lime juice.
  • Peel mangoes and slice neatly,do the same thing for the rest of the ingredients that needs to be chopped.
  • Put the diced mango,red onions,jalapeno chile,bell pepper,cilantro and lime juice in a medium bowl and mix by a projectile toss.
  • Serve with salmon,steak,tacos or tortilla.
Recipe Note.
  • Do not mix the salsa using a spoon or any other thing,it most times destroys it appearance.
  • If your salsa is too acidic for you,stir in some diced avocado.
