Special Browny Barbecued Meatball Appetizers.

This special barbecue meatball has always been one of my top 'hits',with guest and also with me as well. I am grateful for the fact that i accidentally bumped into this recipe at tasteofhome.com.

Ever since i tried it out,my recipe just kept improving and i can say now that my barbecue meatballs can be quickly assembled in just a few minutes.


For this special recipe i used some worcestershire sauce,some dried bread crumbs,grape jelly and a fresh cup of milk.

Equipment.
                                                                                                                             
      
  •  Large skillet.                                                                                                   
  • 1 Large bowl.
  • 1 Large ladle spoon.
Ingredients.                                                                                                            SHOP BOOK.
  • ½ Cup of dried bread crumbs.
  • ¼ Cup of milk.
  • 1 Large egg slightly beaten.
  • ½  Teaspoon of red pepper.
  • ⅓ Cup of finely chopped onions.
  • 1 large eggs.
  • 1 Teaspoon of freshly minced parsley.
  • 1 Teaspoon of worcestershire sauce.
  • 1 pound of ground beef.
  • ¼ Cup of canola oil.
  • 12 ounce of chili sauce.
  • 10 ounces of grape jelly.


Direction.
  • In a large bowl, add the dried bread crumbs,chopped onions,cup of milk,beaten eggs,parsley,salt,worcestershire sauce, pepper and mix properly
  •  Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape meatballs into small round balls,rub meat balls with some slight oil and leave in .
  • In skillet,add meatballs,chili sauce and jelly;cook and stir over medium heat until jelly becomes melted.
  •  Remove meatballs from chili sauce pan,add them back to the first mixture and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
  • For serving; Place meatballs in a glass plates and decorate with some freshly cut parsley or you can use the decorations i used for my lemon panna tacos,they would definitely blend in perfectly for your barbecue meatballs.
Recipe Note.
  • You can decide to add both the first mixture and second mixture together with the meatballs and heat through.but for effective simmering i add meatballs to both mixtures separately.
  • You can definitely devour this recipe together with some great mango lemonade and trust me you'll be smiling all day with your cheeks spread out in excitement.
