Pasta is a delicious meal that can definitely be conquered by anyone! with the right ingredients and perfect recipe,your pasta would be tasting like an actual-cuisine served one!!.
Many health dietitians advice health conscious patients to stay away from pasta,because pasta is dangerous for health-which i strongly believe is a myth. Living a low-carb lifestyle is good but that doesn't mean that you will simply stay away from pasta.
However if you are one of those health conscious persons or you are not,then this recipe will teach you how you can prepare your low fat diets and still stay healthy.

Equipment
- Bowl.
- Sauce pan.
- Knives.
- Large skillet.
- Chop boards.
- Hand towels
- Measuring spoons.
- Grater.
Ingredients.
- 1/2 Cup of vegetable oil.
- 1 clove of onions.
- 5 Cloves of garlic [sliced]
- 1 Table spoon of red pepper flakes.
- 25 Ounce of sliced tomatoes.
- 1/2 Cup of tomato sauce.[optional]
- 1 Tablespoon of garlic powder.
- 1 Tablespoon of salt
- 1 Tablespoon of pepper.
- 1 Packet of penne pasta.
- 1/2 bunch of chopped fresh basil.
- 1 ponds of chicken cutlets.
- Sliced veggies.
Directions.
1. Add 1/2 cup of olive oil in a large skillets over medium heat. Add garlic,sprinkle rep pepper flakes,add sliced tomatoes and tomato sauce.
2. Allow to saute for few minutes and simmer longer,occasionally stirring to allow tomatoes simmer properly.
3. Add salt,pepper and basil to sauce as per taste /desire.
4. In a large pot, add the pasta to a boiling water and boil for 8 minutes. Until it's tender do not bring down and drain.
5. In a separate pan, add oil to it and heat. Fry chicken for about 5 minutes for each sides until the coat is a nice dark brown color.
6. Remove chicken and cut in slices. Add chicken to the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes more this bring out the taste in chicken as well.
7. Add pasta and veggies to the sauce pan and allow for 5 minutes to simmer,then stir properly,simmer for a few seconds more then serve.
Recipe Note:
- Sliced tomatoes and tomato sauce must be cooked properly this gives your pasta a much more flavoury taste rather than a sour-like taste.
- Remember to use vegetable oil[unsaturated fat ] and some veggies which helps to reduce fats and calories.
